the bed was reasonably comfy and i liked the art prints of van gogh and monet. the door code was cool too, a nod to george orwell with 1984! it was handy having a bus stop right close by, made getting around easy. cheers for the cool vibes!

The surrounding area felt distant from attractions, and the only view included bars blocking my window. Plus, I found the access to extra amenities like tea and sugar disappointingly limited, with just a single daily refill allowed. Finally, it got a bit stuffy with no reliable way to regulate heating or open the window properly.

The room itself was cozy and had a lovely view. I really appreciated the free tea and coffee available in the lounge. I especially loved chilling in the TV room and taking a breather in the small outdoor space they had. Just a heads up , I wish there was a hairdryer available in the room! 😊

The TV in the room lacked a remote, so that was disappointing. I didn't feel unsafe, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or solo travelers looking for more comfort. if you just need a basic place to sleep and you're on a tight budget, this hotel fits the bill, but I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a better experience or comfort at a slightly higher price.
